Mijas Pueblo

A whitewashed hilltop village on the slopes of the Sierra de Mijas, its narrow Moorish-era lanes trimmed with wrought iron and bright flowerpots. Panoramic terraces survey the coast far below, and the village's signature donkey carriages add a touch of tradition. Compact and charming, it makes for an easy half-day wander.
